'Crossing the Lines' in Glasgow

Crossing the Line, Glasgow Film Festival's experimental film strand is coming to the Glasgow Film Theatre. They have selected FUTURE MY LOVE for an exclusive one-off screening on 2 December. Here's their announcement:

"Fresh from critically acclaimed screenings at this year’s EIFF, Maja Borg’s poetic ‘experimental documentary’ takes us on a road trip through the financial collapse, exploring a radically different economic and social model proposed by sprightly ninety-five-year-old futurist Jacque Fresco. Personalising this journey by also exploring the end of her romantic relationship, Borg asks: how much freedom are we prepared to give to the ones we love? And how much responsibility are we ready to take for our society? Carefully weaving archive footage, black and white Super 8 film, and colour HD, this is a poignant depiction of the universal struggle between our heads and hearts in times of big change. We're delighted that director Maja Borg will introduce and take part in a Q&A following this screening."
